Prema nacrtu, od 1.1.2027. dodatak za grijanje se prepolovljuje, mijenja se formula, a općine dobijaju nove Mietstufen. U Bavarskoj bi 757 općina prešlo u višu, a 6 u nižu Mietstufe. Bundestag i Bundesrat još nisu završili postupak, pa se brojke mogu promijeniti. Kalkulator računa po pravilima koja važe danas.
Najveća kirija koja se priznaje u 2026.
Iznosi uključuju Klimakomponente. Ako je kirija (bez grijanja) veća, računa se samo ovaj iznos. Na to se uvijek dodaje i dodatak za grijanje (110,40 € za jednog člana, 197,80 € za četiri).
